Resources to understand your Income

The following table identifies the income structure of each business.

Each of these is multi-level, which means you share in the success of those you start in the business.  Ambit likes to say that you get paid for "What you start, not what you do".  This is the essence of network marketing.  Just think what McDonalds would be like if they were paid only for the hamburgers they made personally?  (A McDonalds franchise pays 12.5% of sales to the company, this is "leverage".)  Would you rather have 100% of your own earnings or 1% of a 1,000 people working with you?

As multi-level, you are working on two approaches, one is retail sales and the second is your business ("down lines" or franchisees).

If you have any questions about this concept, I invite you to look at or read "Brilliant Compensation" by Tim Sales.  See this on YouTube

He presents this in a way that makes sense.

USANA USANA is a binary compensation plan which means you sponsor two teams.  You are paid weekly based on the lower of the two, the balances carry forward, so you never loose commission.  The goal is for you to work with your teams to make them both successful.   You receive a commission for your own direct sales.

Ambit Ambit pays on the the usage of natural gas and electricity of customers you or your down lines enroll.  (or that your customers refer into the program)

NetTrav NetTrav is primarily a commission structure at the lowest level. The lowest level pays 50% commission on travel agent booking fees up to 80% at the highest level.

IVO IVO pays a commission for the initial sale and then a percentage of monthly usage, typically 20% for direct clients, 10% for second level and descending there after.

AdLink LocalAdLink pays a 40% commission for the sale.
