For most of us for most of our lives, that means earning an income. 

Home based businesses are a major segment of our economy that can supplement or replace the "job".

Many find fulfillment in life by helping others.  But, helping others generally means we are capable of helping ourselves at the same time.

Most people work for others for a living.  

The days of working for the same employer for a lifetime have gone.

Forty percent of Americans will change jobs in the next two years.  (Given the conditions of 2008, it is conceivable that 10% will be unemployed in the next few months.)

Finding employment is a very real need for many people.

Many of us recall when the approach was to write a resume, read the want ads, and send the resume.

But, we find that we write many resumes, send hundreds, and still have little success.

So, what's happening?

Even in good economies, a person needs to develop, protect, and employ their personal skills, abilities, and experiences.

Our goal is to help people learn about the possibilities and discover which are the right ones for them.
