About a cooperative

We are two groups with different skills sets and experiences.

One is a sole practitioner of human resource services.

The second is a person with technical/analytical skills, but not a sales person.

The challenge is to provide a means that brings the strengths together and overcomes the weaknesses.

After investigating a number of different models, the concept of a cooperative has been developed.

We have been stymied by several different concerns:

How to achieve sufficient volume of business without marketing expertise.

How to fund the transition phase.

How to ramp up the business should there be success.

The cooperative has been identified as a solution.

By limiting the number of founding members, the “ramp up” can be addressed.

If the minimum number of founding members is not achieved, then there is no risk for the enterprise, including founding members.
